- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve ZapPayments
- Generate and send invoices on your behalf
- Process payments through our payment partners
- Send transactional emails (invoice receipts, payment confirmations)
- Provide customer support
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI features

3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties, only as necessary to operate our service:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all card data under their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never store your full card number.
- Firebase (Google Cloud) — Authentication, database, and hosting. Data is stored in secure Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Analytics providers — Anonymized usage data to understand how our product is used.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
